Our family has been with Superior Pest Management since August 2008 when we moved to the Charlotte area from Indiana. The company (family) was recommended by some friends who were customers. Since then, we have never been disappointed. We especially love that Superior Pest Management is a FAMILY-owned and run business. The office staff and the technicians have always been responsive, dependable, and professional (yet very approachable). We have quarterly treatment around the outside of the house (and inside, if requested) and have no pest issues. A couple of times we’ve called for ground bee and hornets nests extermination, and the technician quickly and efficiently handled the problem. A couple years ago, we added a March to October monthly mosquito spraying, and it has definitely made a big difference! We have been very very happy with Superior Pest Management and highly recommend them. We plan to use their services for many more years!
