Superior Pest Management was founded by David Buoniconti. David has been licensed in the pest industry since 1997. He began his career in the pest management field in Albuquerque, NM. There he managed one of the largest pest control companies in the state of New Mexico. During his time David managed termite, sales and pest control divisions. After becoming frustrated with the corporate system of service he left to start Superior Pest Management. Since day one, David and his wife Jolene have striven to ensure that the emphasis of all SPM employees is on service and quality. It is for this reason that Superior Pest Management has established itself as one of the leading professional pest control companies in the Charlotte area today.

All Superior Pest Managements’ Company vehicles are equipped with GPS devices that allow our office staff to monitor each service vehicle’s location and driving habits. This improves efficiency and allows for more timely dispatch for customer service.
Our staff is trained with national, state and in-house training classes. All initial services include interior as well as exterior applications using an IPM program (Integrated Pest Management).
